Jasmine’s interdisciplinary work spans printmaking, photography, painting ,and performance to explore identity, perception, memory, and the subconscious. She is particularly interested in the relationship between the body, self-image, and cultural identity. Since graduating from art school in 2020, she has exhibited nationally and worked across collaborative and community-led projects, including Perspective(s) at Amgueddfa Cymru. She is currently undertaking a PhD at Aberystwyth University, researching the histories and contemporary experiences of artists of colour within Wales.

Mae Jasmine mewn meysydd sy’n pontio printio, ffotograffiaeth, paentio a pherfformans er mwyn archwilio hunaniaeth, canfyddiad, cof a’r isymwybod. Mae ganddi ddiddordeb arbennig yn y berthynas rhwng y corff, hunanddelwedd a hunaniaeth ddiwylliannol. Ers graddio o ysgol gelf yn 2020, mae wedi arddangos yn genedlaethol ac wedi gweithio ar brosiectau cydweithredol a phrosiectau dan arweiniad cymunedau, gan gynnwys Safbwynt(iau) yn Amgueddfa Cymru. Ar hyn o bryd, mae’n gweithio ar PhD ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth, gan ymchwilio i hanesion a phrofiadau cyfoes artistiaid o liw yng Nghymru.
